Exciting news! We’ve recently initiated a new partnership with one of Hong Kong’s premier sustainability F&B consultancies, dedicated to assisting local businesses in transitioning towards more sustainable food practices.
To further promote sustainability in the food industry, we are proud to feature Chateau Aspras from Provence at this event.
Situated in Correns, renowned as France’s inaugural organic village, where every producer holds organic certification, the estate stands as a testament to the region’s commitment to organic farming. This journey towards sustainability began 35 years ago under the leadership of Michael Latz, the proprietor of Château Aspras and former mayor of the village. His visionary approach has not only enriched biodiversity but also spurred tourism and invigorated the local economy.
This remarkable example demonstrates the transformative power of strong leadership and industry-wide adoption of sustainability practices, showcasing the incredible impact we can achieve collectively.
