Come and taste Le Guishu!

Le Guishu is the first fermented french rice wine, made from high quality rice from Camargue.

The Japanese have been doing Sake for 2000 years, and the Chinese have been making rice wine for far more than that…

Revisited with a french twist and french methods, Le Guishu is a 2 years collaboration with Danish breweries, Bordeaux winemakers and Cognac producers

This yellow wine comes now in 3 different types – depending on the level of sweetness – and has already been critically acclaimed by a number of Famous Chefs worldwide.

Coming from a family of wine producers from Bordeaux through almost 2 centuries, Olivier Sublett, creator of the Guishu, will be visiting Hong Kong next week. Grab this unique opportunity to meet him and taste Le Guishu!
