Operated by three generations, Domaine Fond Croze cultivates Grenache along with Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Merlot, and Carignan for red wines, and Chardonnay, Marsanne, Grenache and Viognier for whites.

The two brothers, Daniel and Bruno, have been dedicated to Organic farming since 2009, focusing on producing wines characterized by maturity, opulence, and roundness.

The vineyards in the AOC are situated on slopes with rocky soils and red clays, while those in the Vin de Pays appellations are scattered across pebbles from the Aygues river.
