Gastronomic Fair of the Francophonie

We are excited to participate in the inaugural Gastronomic Fair of the Francophonie in Hong Kong, an initiative by the Consulate General aimed at celebrating the cultural diversity of French-speaking countries through gastronomy.

 

This event will bring together an array of chefs, caterers, vendors, and more from France and various other French-speaking nations. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with both new and familiar faces, socialize, and most importantly, savor a wide range of delectable offerings, including crêpes, boeuf bourguignon, wine, cheese, chocolate, and alokos!

Join us for an exhilarating wine-tasting experience! We will be showcasing four certified organic wines—two reds and two whites—crafted by two distinct producers from the Southern Côtes du Rhône region. Despite their shared roots, these wines each boast a unique style. This workshop is designed to shed light on the winemaking techniques that shape the individual character of each wine, offering a deeper insight into the craftsmanship behind each bottle. Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity to explore the distinctive terroir expressions captured in these exceptional wines!
