The French Gourmay, Hong Kong’s largest French food and wine festival is back, and we’re thrilled to be part of it!
Indulge in handcrafted cocktails such as the classic Ti’Punch and unique Silène signature drinks while exploring premium rhum tastings. Complement your drinks with a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, nuts, artisan spreads, and West Indies finger foods. An evening not to be missed!

Cocktails
- Ti’Punch: a traditional Caribbean cocktail made with white rhum agricole, lime, and a touch of sugarcane syrup.
Silène signature cocktails and classics will also be available à-la-carte.
Rhum Tasting
- Flamboyant: a rhum agricole with vanilla, banana cake, cinnamon and a touch of orange zest notes.
- Damoiseau Réserve Spéciale: a premium rhum agricole with a smooth and long finish.
WHAT IS RHUM AGRICOLE?
- Raw Material: Unlike most rums made from molasses, rhum agricole uses freshly pressed sugarcane juice.
- Fermentation & Distillation: The juice is fermented and distilled, often in column stills, yielding grassy, vegetal, and earthy flavors reflecting the sugarcane’s terroir.
- Protected Designation: Martinique’s rhum agricole has an AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée), ensuring strict production rules similar to those for French wines and cheeses.
