Albert TIFFON produces an unusually aromatic wine, with red berries and fine woody notes. Bordeaux Pauillac wines are rich, concentrated, full-bodied with grippy tannins and characteristic notes of blackcurrant, cedar and cigar box spice.

Pauillac, in the Medoc region of Bordeaux’s left bank, has well-drained gravel soils, which result in better quality wines; and those from Pauillac age extremely well.
