The vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which thrive in the clayey-limestone soils of the Kimmeridgian geological formation under a semi-oceanic climate. The distinctive minerality of the wines is further enhanced by the estate’s adoption of organic and biodynamic farming practices in 2006 across its 30 hectares of vineyards.
