This family-owned estate was established in 1768 in Menetou-Salon, a region located adjacent to Sancerre in central France.
nThe vineyards are planted with pinot noir and sauvignon blanc grapes, which thrive in the clayey-limestone soils of the Kimmeridgian geological formation under a semi-oceanic climate. The distinctive minerality of the wines is further enhanced by the estate’s adoption of organic and biodynamic farming practices in 2006 across its 30 hectares of vineyards.
