法語國家美食博覽會

我們很高興參加香港首屆法語國家美食展，這是總領事館發起的一項活動，旨在透過美食來慶祝法語國家的文化多樣性。

 

此次活動將匯集來自法國和其他法語國家的眾多廚師、餐飲服務商、供應商等。這是與新朋友和熟悉的面孔聯繫、社交的絕佳機會，最重要的是，品嚐各種美味佳餚，包括薄餅、勃根地紅酒燉牛肉、葡萄酒、起司、巧克力和阿洛科斯！

加入我們，享受令人振奮的品酒體驗！我們將展示四款經過認證的有機葡萄酒——兩款紅葡萄酒和兩款白葡萄酒——由來自南羅納河谷地區的兩家不同的生產商釀造。儘管這些葡萄酒有著共同的根源，但各自都擁有獨特的風格。研討會的目的是闡明塑造每種葡萄酒個性的釀酒技術，讓遊客更深入了解每瓶葡萄酒背後的工藝。不要錯過這個絕佳機會來探索這些優質葡萄酒所蘊含的獨特風土表現！
