Under Helen’s leadership, the 34-hectare vineyard has transitioned to organic and biodynamic practices, reflecting a commitment to sustainable viticulture. This shift has had a profound impact on the character of the wines.
Whereas the red wines of the Rasteau region are typically rich and dense, the Domaine du Trapadis wines have evolved in a different direction. Through a lower-intervention approach and gentler extraction, Helen has crafted a more refined, chiseled, and elegant style – lighter yet more complex than the regional norm.
