Currently over 80% of our portfolio are either 有機的 certified or in the process of certification, which demands a minimum of 3 years for transition. We have encountered challenges faced by remaining producers unable to afford certification amidst difficult weather conditions. Despite their understanding of the benefits of biodiversity preservation and its influence on wine quality, the risk of crop loss every other year, potentially leading to significantly higher wine prices, poses a real dilemma.
我們的目標非常清晰,以下就是有機種植的好處:
- 提升味道: 有機種植與生物動力法不止對環境有益,也賦予葡萄酒更多的礦物感,更深邃的香氣複雜度,從而使葡萄酒味道更出眾。
- 環境保育: 有機種植與生物動力法有助保護環境,而且能夠製造更多原汁原味的產品。
- 保障健康: 有機葡萄酒添加較少化學物質,也較少硫化物,對身體的影響較低。
- 更有道德: 釀造低添加葡萄酒需要大量心力,風險也更高,也需要更多人力成本,所以這些釀酒師絕對值得支持。
- 敢於創新: 葡萄酒行業傳統上傾向保守,並以男性主導。有機種植概念強調道德、健康、環保、平等,也令釀酒的思維變得更開放,更百花齊放地提升葡萄酒品質。
- 宣揚可持續發展: 我們感恩現在糧食富足的生活,也認知到酒是奢侈品。所以我們優先考慮著重環境發展的選項,例如以船運代替空運,並宣揚更有環保意識的消費習慣。

As responsible consumers, entrepreneurs, and investors, harnessing our collective willpower can lead to meaningful transformations within the industry, aligning our choices with values that support sustainability, ethics, and a more conscientious approach to consumption.
We see that most consumers tend to focus on the finished products, and the very taste of the wine, without questioning the producing methods.
But technology and winemaking regulations allow wine producers to use all sort of additives to correct the wine, to compensate for the lack of acidity or ripeness etc… It often does the trick when it comes to mass-produced, cheap supermarket wine.
人生苦短,不應喝劣質酒。對我們而言,葡萄酒的品質不單靠獎項與品飲風味,更重要的是 農夫的道德與願景。
