Since 2016, over 50% of plots have been replanted, focusing on younger, more approachable wines. The estate achieved organic certification in 2020. St\u00e9phane emphasizes simplicity with low-intervention winemaking and low-alcohol cuv\u00e9es (as low as 11% ABV). Reds like Cuv\u00e9e Philippe are made for easy drinking and never older than 2021.
