Domaine du Trapadis<\/strong>, located in Rasteau in the southern Rh\u00f4ne, is a 35-hectare family estate led by Helen Durand since 1996. The vineyard features old vines\u2014many over 60 years\u2014rooted in clay-limestone and gravel soils at 200\u2013260 meters altitude. The estate has practiced organic farming since 2010 and received certification in 2012. Key varieties include Grenache, Syrah, Mourv\u00e8dre, and Carignan. Helen focuses on minimal intervention: native yeasts, little to no added sulfites, and no fining or filtration. The range includes both powerful, structured reds typical of Rasteau and fresh, vibrant whites and ros\u00e9s.
