The vines are subjected to high levels of stress in summer due to the shallow sandy soils which gives the fruit strength and concentration.
Vinification primarily of whole bunches, vatted for 1 month with very little intervention in order to reflect the exceptional authenticity of the terroir.
Aged for 12 months in demi-muids (600l).

In the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, sisters Lucie and Nancy Fourel lead the 10-hectare Domaine Les 4 Vents in Mercurol. An agricultural engineer by training, Lucie expanded the family estate in 2013, maintaining a commitment to certified organic viticulture established in 2007. The name “Les 4 Vents” honors both the natural elements influencing their vines and the four generations of women within their family. By focusing on sustainable practices and minimal intervention, the sisters craft pure, expressive wines. Their approach emphasizes the vibrant freshness and mineral complexity unique to their meticulously tended Rhône Valley terroir.
