Meet Guillaume Long from Domaine Fond Croze, whose family history as winegrowers dates back more than 100 years.
The family farm benefits from carefully maintained and preserved grape varieties which now cover more than 80ha.
Domaine Fond Croze was certified Organic in 2007 and produces a range of 15 wines thanks to a multitude of terroirs which give each plot its identity.
