Château Tour Haut-Caussan is a family-owned estate in the Médoc, covering 15 hectares of gravelly soils ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Managed by the Courrian family, the vineyard has been cultivated organically since the early 2000s, with a strong commitment to traditional methods and respect for biodiversity. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified using classic Bordeaux techniques to create structured, age-worthy wines with elegance and character. The estate is renowned for producing authentic Médoc wines that showcase the purity of their terroir, balancing power and finesse while staying true to sustainable and organic principles.
