TASTE: Complex with Small Red Fruits, Dry Flowers, White Chocolate and Butter Brioche.
GOOD TO KNOW:
Serve between 8 and 10 degrees.
Enjoy with Bouchée a la Reine with seafood, salad Nicoice, octopus with parsley.
Maceration for a few hours then gentle pressing.

Located at the northern limit of the Côtes de Provence appellation, the Domaine des Aspras enjoys a privileged geographical location for its 25 hectares of vines.
Organic since 1995, the estate benefits from several types of land . This is what makes its complexity, its richness and the singularity of the Aspras terroir.
The Domaine des Aspras made the choice of organic in the early 1990s like all other farmers and winegrowers in Correns . The nickname of ” first organic village of France ” comes from the fact that on the lands of the village, all the productions are done without pesticides nor chemical fertilizers.
