Waris-Hubert is a highly regarded, independent family-owned Champagne house based in Avize, a legendary Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs region of France.

Though the family roots in the region’s viticulture date back generations, the modern estate was officially born in 1997/1998 when Olivier Waris and Stéphanie Hubert—both fourth-generation winemakers from separate estates—married and pooled their precious vineyard heritages together.

Today, they represent a prominent voice among the region’s “artist-winemakers,” crafting precise, terroir-driven champagnes that have earned a dedicated following among niche wine enthusiasts.
