普羅旺斯丘 Château Aspras is in Correns, at the northern limit of the Côtes de Provence AOP, with 25 hectares of vines across varied limestone-clay and sandy parcels that shape its distinctive terroir. Certified organic since 1995, the estate was part of Correns’ early 1990s shift to organics—today known as France’s “premier village bio,” where all farming avoids pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. The domaine crafts rosé, blanc, and rouge from Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Rolle (Vermentino), and other Provençal varieties. Farming emphasizes biodiversity, soil life, and careful water stewardship; cellar work favors gentle pressing, cool fermentations, and precise blending to preserve purity, salinity, and freshness emblematic of upper‑Provence wines.
