Domaine de l’Enchantoir is a historic estate in Le Puy‑Notre‑Dame, a Saumur village of character and long vine tradition dating back to the 16th century. Run by Jean‑Michel and Fabienne Brunet, the domaine has seen several generations of winegrowers working its clay-limestone slopes since the early 19th century. Its 17 ha of Chenin, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc are rooted in tuffeau-rich soils, ideal for producing wines of richness, delicacy and complexity. All cuvées are Saumur AOC and certified organic (Ecocert) since 2016, reflecting a commitment to careful, terroir-driven viticulture and expressive Loire wines.
