For six decades, Happy Samurai has been a custodian of Sapporo’s ramen tradition, bringing the warmth of a fourth-generation, family-owned factory to Central. Their menu is a tribute to the north, featuring slow-simmered broths, house-made noodles, and authentic toppings, all imported directly from Hokkaido.

This special event will pair a selection of their signature izakaya appetizers and light bites with our chosen wines. It’s an opportunity to savor the deep, comforting flavors of Japan’s northern cuisine alongside the perfect glass, all in great company.
