THE JOURNEY
Ninth-generation vigneron Philippe Gilbert turned to biodynamics after the 2003 drought to strengthen his soils and vines. From the Terres Blanches terroir, he hand-harvests Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, crafting lees-aged whites and structured reds of vibrant, authentic character.

Led by Cyril de Benoist, this biodynamic estate employs nature-first farming and thoughtful innovation, such as playing music to vines during fermentation, to nurture vineyard energy. The result is bright, pure, and place-driven Sauvignon Blanc.
