Château Cascadais is a family-run estate in the rugged hills of Corbières, covering 45 hectares of vineyards surrounded by wild garrigue. Managed by the same family for generations, the estate is known for its commitment to sustainable and traditional practices. The vineyards are planted mainly with old-vine Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah, thriving in rocky limestone and schist soils at elevations between 200 and 300 meters. This unique terroir, combined with the cooling influence of altitude and Mediterranean breezes, produces concentrated, aromatic wines with notes of wild herbs and spice. Château Cascadais is dedicated to expressing the authentic character of Corbières through bold, structured reds that reflect both the land and family passion.
