In 1895, Michel Grallet planted his first mirabelle trees in Rozelieures, and his son Jean later expanded the orchard and established a distillation workshop. In 1973, Hubert Grallet and his wife Anne-Marie took over the family business, creating a direct sales market for their eaux de vie and liqueurs. By 2002, they, along with their daughter and son-in-law, launched the Maison pour la Mirabelle to promote their local fruit, and today, their orchard spans 30 hectares, including 25 hectares of mirabelles and other fruit trees.
