DOMAINE BERSAN
自1453年起 (你沒看錯!) ，Bersan家族就居住在Saint-Bris 村莊。他們的酒莊位於約訥省，就在Chablis西邊15公里。
酒莊一直以來的釀酒傳統強調風土特色，目前由兩代人Jean-Louis 與兒子Jean-Christophe 經營，努力不懈地延續祖父種下的葡萄藤。兒子Jean-Christophe負責種植與釀酒，父親則負責商業行銷。
Bersan家族於Saint-Bris 種植13公頃有機Sauvignon Blanc，共於Irancy 種植7公頃有機Pinot Noir。這些葡萄藤生長於來自侏儸紀時期的石灰黏土質斜坡上，而酒莊於2011年開始持續獲有機認證。
這裡在11-13世紀時，聖殿僧侶暗中建造錯綜複雜的迷宮洞穴，為戰爭中逃難的難民提供庇護所。Bersan家族後來在此存放不鏽鋼缸及釀酒木桶，並在此把紅酒進行熟成。
