Château Moulin de la Rose, famously dubbed the “Lilliputian of Saint-Julien,” is shaped by the dedicated hands of the Delon family, with Guy Delon and his children, Jean-François and Guylène, upholding a legacy of artisanal precision. Their winemaking philosophy is one of “haute couture” craftsmanship, where the small size of the 5-hectare estate allows for intimate, vine-by-vine management. They focus on traditional Médoc techniques, eschewing modern trends in favor of balance and elegance.
