蒙斯拉格拉維爾城堡 is a boutique 2-hectare estate on the clay-gravel slopes near Cadillac, Bordeaux. Since 2015, it has been owned by Aurélie Carreau—an experienced young winemaker from renowned estates like Château Beausoleil in Pomerol—and Stéphane Fau. The vineyard is cultivated entirely by hand using organic and biodynamic methods, emphasizing respect for the land. Vinification takes place in 400-liter oak barrels with the modern Integral Vinification process, followed by aging in traditional casks. Aurélie’s vision is to craft elegant, distinctive Bordeaux wines that reflect the singularity of the terroir, blending artisanal care, sustainability, and innovative techniques.
