Established in 1768, this family-owned estate is situated in Menetou-Salon, an area adjacent to Sancerre in central France.

The vineyards are host to Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, flourishing in the clayey-limestone soils of the Kimmeridgian geological formation, within a semi-oceanic climate.

The wines’ unique minerality is accentuated by the estate’s transition to organic and biodynamic farming methods in 2006, spanning its 30 hectares of vineyards.
