To provide you with an immersive understanding of their work, we have collaborated with a permaculture farm in Hong Kong to curate a truly unique experience. Join us for an unforgettable organic wine and food pairing session, where you will have the opportunity to indulge in the flavors of nature and explore the harmonious relationship between organic wine and sustainable cuisine.

Meet the owners Pamela and Sacha who started Permaclub in 2012, a regenerative botanical garden nestled in a small corner of Clearwater Bay, just a few minutes walk from the main road. The mission of the club is to educate the community on how to live in harmony with nature.
