About Bad Times Records

Bad Times Records, launched in 2020 with the goal of strengthening Hong Kong’s underground scene, has recently opened a pop-up record shop.

For the past three years, Bad Times Records has focused on Asian rare groove records and electronic club music from the 90s to the 2010s, making its reputation as a leftfield and important retailer for hard-to-find and tastefully curated secondhand records in Hong Kong.

The shop also sells vintage clothing and hosts workshops, events, and other gatherings emphasizing bridging and sustaining communities.
