Introducing the following winemakers:

Chateau du Cedre – Cahors

The Château du Cèdre produces Malbec within different terroirs and styles.

The estate is managed by 2 brothers who have started their organic practices in the early nineties. With 1 person in the vineyard for 2.5Ha, extreme care is given to reveal their exceptional terroir.

“Every vintage is unique and nothing is standardised. We accompany our wines by adapting our work to the requirements of the vintage: The right moment and the frequency for actions like “pigeage”, stirring of lees and racking wines are always adjusted to the characteristics of the individual vintage.”

Domaine Berthoumieu – Madiran

Founded in 1850 in Viella, this estate is now a reference in the appellations of Madiran & Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh. Made of 25ha, this domain produces ambitious wines with personnality, idendity and balance.

This wine is made of 60% Tannat, 30% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 10% Pinenc.

CHÂTEAU CASCADAIS

Château Cascadais was bought In 1992 by Philippe Courrian and his children, owners of worldwide famous Château Tour Haut Caussan in Médoc.

The Corbières appellation is part of the Languedoc wine region of France located on the border of the Mediterranean Sea, between the Rhône delta and Spain.

Thanks to the outstanding work made in the vines though organic farming practices, and with low intervention in the cellar, the wines produced are easy drinking, fresh and very fruit driven.

DOMAINE FOND CROZE
Les Vieux Ceps de Raymond

The 70Ha of Domaine Fond Croze are located around Saint Romain de Malegarde, in Tulette, Rasteau, Buisson et Suze la Rousse.

Certified organic since 2009, and the style if focused on maturity, opulence and roundness.

It will be great to finish our tasting with this rich and expressive wine, made of 100% Carignan.
