About Chef René:
Chef René-Etienne has over 35 years’ experience in French cuisine, was an Executive Chef and now is a full time Chef instructor in French Cooking Class. He had appeared on TVB Jade culinary show ‘Original Food’ and featured in numerous local newspapers and magazines such as Sing Tao Daily, Apply Daily, Hong Kong Walkers, Hong Kong Magazines and U Magazine, etc…
Due to Covid restriction, and in order to keep the required social distancing, the kitchen will be operating at half capacity. Therefore, we have to organise tables of 4 people (not more, not less). The best way to secure your seats is to order 4 bookings at once for you and your friends (one full table).
Any order other than 4 tickets will be put in waiting list (you can choose Bank transfer method and pay after we confirmed your booking).
