Wine Pairing at Test Kitchen

 

This month we are teaming up with Test Kitchen to bring you an exclusive wine pairing experience!

The stunning venue of Test Kitchen is based in Sai Ying Pun. Their goal is to showcase up-and-coming chefs from across the world, sharing their passion & love for food.

Their next popup series is on 16-18 November – featuring chef Rikku on his South African inspired 8 course tasting menu!

 

ABOUT CHEF RIKKU

He was the head chef of Michelin Star Restaurant Adam’s in Birmingham UK who has trained under celebrated Michelin Star chefs such as Darren Lim, Hans Valamaki, Marco Pierre White, Thomas Keller and Heston Blumenthal- to name a few.

In his own words, ‘’I’m extremely excited about sharing my South African influenced menu with Hong Kong at Test Kitchen… My wife and Son are South African, and there’s nothing we all love more than some of the Sunday staples as a family! I look forward to introducing this humble cuisine with a modern twist to Test Kitchen’s guests in November’’ – Rikku
