Umami Factory is located on Aberdeen street and offers Western food with a Japanese flair.
Their original and inventive menu delivers a very aromatic cuisine, generous and tasty, definitely Umami!
The homey atmosphere of the restaurant, quite minimalistic and subtly warm will be a great environment to showcase our wine selection, that have been curated specifically for their menu.
OUR WINE TASTING SELECTION:
Important: Since Umami Factory is still working on its alcohol licence, we will not be able to offer wines by the glass. Therefore, our selection of wines will be available for sale by the bottle only at a Retail price + Corkage fee of HKD150/bt.
